The House is an end of terrace property which has recently been renovated to a high standard.

It is situated in the centre of the City of St.Davids,  just off the Cross Square and a few minutes walk away from the Cathedral which is in the valley below.

The Accommodation comprises of:

• Fully fitted kitchen with seating for 8. There is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine/tumble dryer, gas cooker and microwave. French doors in the kitchen leading to sitting room.

• 2 sitting rooms - one on the ground floor with TV and DVD (photo above), one on the first floor with gas effect fire and TV / Video (below right).

• 5 bedrooms - 2 double rooms, 1 twin room and 2 single rooms. Beds come ready made up. A cot and high chair can be provided.

• 1 family bathroom on first floor. 1 shower room with WC etc on ground floor. 1 utility room.
   

The house has gas fired central heating which can be used at your own discretion. Electricity and heating are included in the price.

Pets are welcome at no extra charge. There is private parking for 2 cars.

• In the sun trap private patio garden you can enjoy barbecues and sunbath.

• Walk to the shops, pubs, restaurants, local beaches and coast path. Caerfai beach is 15 minutes walk away; Whitesands Beach is 5 minutes drive away.

• Make use of the 'shuttle' bus - walk the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and return home on the bus. You can then enjoy a barbecue in the patio garden or wander to one of the cafes in the village.
